Left the squirrel a few nuts, and left him behind.
A bucolic stopover in northern East Texas.
Some mighty fine catfish in Arkansas. The waitress asked, "Jaunt some frad paa?" I declined. BBBH asked, "What did she say?" I told her she had asked if we wanted dessert-- you know: frad paa.

Home!
In time for cherry blossoms! BBBH is happy.
And in time for the daffodils. We are both happy!

"Home" looks beautiful! Love the green and the flowers.
Welcome back to Hoosierland!
Vee, when people asked me why I left CO for IN I always told them "Because I like living green things."
Jim, thanks. It is good to be back!
Lovely pics, lovely home...Happiness is...
Welcome home. It's good to have you back in the north. Spring has yet to arrive in the glory it has wrapped around your homestead. At least the grass is green. There are buds visible on the trees, but they have yet to burst open. Yet, the promise remains.
What a beautiful world to go home to!
So glad you had a safe trip!
Grace, indeed happiness is being home.
Chuck, thanks. It is actually quite spring-like. For how long? Who knows?
Shelly, yes, it is nice to be home, much as we enjoyed Texas.
Jacquelineand, thank you. Any trip concluded safely is a good trip.
Hooray! You are home safe! And just in time to see the trees blooming! :)
All is good, but I'm sure that squirrel misses you.
Lin, we do like to arrive here in time to enjoy Spring!
Glad you are home! Nice house. I think I'll pass on the frad paa.
Sharkey, thanks. We passed on the paa, too.
