The week is reserved for contemplation and adoration of our Saviour, Advocate, Elder Brother.Maundy Thursday commemorate the Last Supper Christ shared with his apostles.
Good Friday commemorate the Crucifixion of Our Lord and Saviour.
Holy Saturday commemorate the Lamentations at the Tomb of Christ.
We will celebrate next Sunday!

Last year, our church celebrated Maundy Thursday on Wednesday evening. Pastor was lamenting this until I pointed out that by our reckoning, Christ celebrated it on Wednesday evening. Thursday had begun at sunset on Wednesday. May this week bring you many blessings.

Great reminder! Hopefully we don't become too busy with Easter preparations to take the time to contemplate concerning Friday and what Christ's death on the cross means for us.
