Fifty-five years ago today, this girl became my bride.
She is the mother of my children, Ann, Ivy, Delbert, and Ken.

Frieda was a beautiful bride and the mother of four wonderful children. It doesn't seem it could be fifty-five years - how time flies.

It was nice to see this picture, (even though its missing half). Pictures always bring back a flood of memories. Thank you dad for this memory and for bringing me into such a wonderful family!

Not to be a stickler but the correct date of her death is 10 September 1980, not the 21st.

Tasha, love you, too. Your grandmother was a beautiful lady.

Ken, we are so glad that you are a part of the family. On the "correction notice:" Sometimes I'm right; but in this case, we are both wrong. The correct date is Septermber 11,1980. I have amended that on the blogpost. Thanks for calling my attention to the error.
