Well, well. I just happen to be uniquely equipped to satisfy such a request. The machine is on top of the cupboard, ice cream is in the freezer and there is milk in the fridge.
A couple of dips, a couple of splashes, a few turns of the crank--
and voila! Milk shakes. (For a couple of dips, BBBH interjects.)
Strorbry. Yum, yum.

Andrea, I'm not opposed to technological advances as such, but when the old works just as well, I'm all for that. And they are treasures.
