I had a friend in Florida offer me some oranges. I would KILL for them except shipping would cost me an arm and a leg. Sigh. Can you go over and pick them up for me, Vanilla??? Just don't eat them all on your way home. ;)
I like kumquats too! We used to get them in jar - they would be whole but soaking in a sweet syrup. We had a kumquat bush in the yard but I don't think we ever ate those...

I think I'd eat the kumquats, too, if for no other reason than it would give me more opportunities to say the word.

Hope you have a great day. I have a blog award for you at Arise 2 Write. It is the second post down. You have a stylish blog here, my friend.
I have a prayer request at All Gods Creatures.
Blessings,
andrea
Jim, they certainly stimulate the salivary glands! And it is a cool word, too. Kumquat, kumquat.
Lin, would the shipping cost more than buying oranges at the Kroger?
Grace, I've never tried them that way, but it seems they would be delicious.
Andrea, thank you so much. Will post the award (when I can think of seven things anyone might want to know about me?)
I love kumquats! Just learned that a couple of years ago.
Shark, they are tasty!
