but we are not amused.
Well, okay, amused enough to step outside for a couple of snapshots.
It rained like Noah's deluge throughout the morning. Shortly afternoon it changed to snow. And it snowed, and snowed; and the wind blowed blew and blew.
We didn't even make it through November. But almost!

Hi Vanilla,
Greetings from Florida.
Thanks for the reminder; I really need to clean the pool today.
John
I'm not amused either. But we can choose to live elsewhere if we don't like it, you know!
We have escaped the white stuff so far, but the day is still young. Blech!
John, you do know how to rub it in!
Jim, and that is exactly why we head to Texas. But we never seem to get away before at least one snowfall.
Lin, blech! indeed.
I would comment but I don't want to jinx things...
Grace, you choose the path of wisdom, perhaps.
Only about one quarter inch here, but we'll go shooting past and that in the not too distant future.
Greetings From Southern California
This is the time of year that I 'almost' feel sorry for my fellow bloggers who deal with harsh winters.
We have year around nice weather but we also have to deal with terrible brush fires in the summer and a earthquake every once and a while.
Thanks for your recent visit to My Blog
Take care and have a nice day :-)
That's hilarious! The storm didn't make it up to us, so we, 350 miles north of you, with sun and no snow.
Chuck, indeed, your seasonal measurement will surpass ours. But still, six to ten inches in November (in this area)--
Ron, well, some people here in the Midwest like winter weather, and some of us head south!
Shark, okay, go ahead and laugh. But always remember, “turn about is fair play.”
I like the snow, but it is dry here. Soon maybe!
Vee. good luck. Better you than us.
