Culture in Perfect

My Beloved Beautiful Better Half and I went out "on a date" last night.  Attended the community theater.

I never imagined in my wildest dreams that I would ever spend three hours in a beauty salon.  BBBH, though, certainly felt right at home.  Fun fact for me: two of the players were teachers on my staff whom I hired and worked with until I retired.  They are still teaching and yet found time to contribute to an entertaining evening for us and many of our fellow Tiptonites.  Angie portrayed Truvey and Natalie was M'Lynn.

Well, that sounds like a fun night out! Amazing the coincidence of knowing 2 of the players. We like community theater. Sometimes there are unintentional giggles on our part as most times, the community theater gives everyone a chance to participate--especially if it is a musical. The background players are fun to watch.

Lin, fun. No audience action in this one, but Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat plays next month. Maybe they'll let the audience sing a line or two?

Vee, next up, Joseph and the ATD. I'm not much on musicals generally speaking but I suspect I will be there.

I've seen Joseph on stage here. I think you will enjoy it.
