Spring Will Come

I know I am jumping the gun, but it just does not seem right
that we have to wait.  We do have to wait, though.  All good
things come in due time.  Patience.

It will be beautiful when it arrives. Spring is always beautiful in Indiana.

Learned this a long time ago:

Patience is a virtue,
On that you can depend,
It's seldom found in women,
And never found in men.

Vee, almost always. Trying to figure out how to get the 'secret garden' back to what it was when I took that picture. Wild lilies and yarrow have pretty much taken over. But the work! Oh, my achin' back.

Chuck, pretty much matches my observations over many years.

Spring, Yes. Never appreciated it so much until I lived in a place that was dreary no matter what time of the year.

Grace, thus it is that we need the dreary places in our lives, for they make us appreciate the bright spots!

I could use some of that right now! It's miserable wind snow sleet :(

I find myself digging through old garden photos lately too. Spring is really taking its time coming and I'm starting to feel like we will never have flowers.

I am planning a major overhaul of our garden this year. Lost a lot of plants with our rough winter last year and I found out they are not coming back. I am excited at the prospect.

Sharkey, it will come, though not necessarily on the schedule we would like.

Lin, oh, the enthusiasm and energy of the young. Okay, I still enthuse, I am just not so "energetic" anymore. Wish me luck with the project.
