Where does this Judicial Branch of the government get off, thinking its job is interpretation of the Constitution in lieu of supporting political ideologies?
While I remember FDR, Chuck, most of what I know of his administration was learned after the fact.
Vee, my point exactly. The President has every right to disagree with the Court; and he is entitled to propose means to rectify the "circumstance" and to work to that end. But the forum in which he spoke was not the time or place. My opinion.

Being so much younger, I don't remember FDR. I am aware of what he did, however.
The Supreme Court can consider itself scolded. What gall!
