Chuck, just what I said to the guy sitting next to me, "We had 364 days to prepare for Christmas, and this is where we are on Christmas Eve?"
Grace, no, that was the guy next to me in the same boa... er, ah on the same bench. Sitting on the bench in front of register 17 is standard for me on the rare occasions we "attend" that facility.
