Ice cream!

Philosophy, wisdom, and guides to living are often found in the comics. Sometimes true wisdom is expressed much more succinctly and in a more entertaining manner than one finds in dry tomes.

Here we have Earl Pickles whose encounters with frustrations and disappointments have clearly taught him a valuable lesson. There is ice cream.

Beautifully, and as it is supposed to happen, Earl shares his wisdom with his grandson, Nelson.

Have a bowl of ice cream. And give some to your grandchildren, too!

Ha! That's a grand philosophy! Especially as it heats up around here, that is something that will go over quite well~

Ben & Jerry's Pistachio-Pistachio! Mostly pistachio nuts with a small amount of ice cream holding them together. Wonderful!

Easter Sunday will be the last post by Vanilla until further notice. More computer problems down there in Texas!

Will miss your posts, Vanilla!

Shelly, indeed. When I see 99 the first week of April, I think I don't even want to know July or August! But ice cream is always good!

Grace, they're not glued together with ice cream, but my bag of salted pistachios is right here beside the keyboard!

Vee, thanks for posting the notice. I'm back sooner than I thought I'd be. Very capable and efficient geek replaced the keyboard, of all things.

Lin, I did just have ice cream. Now it is pistachio time.
