That reminds me of elderberry wine: in particular, the elderberry wine served in one of my favorite comedies, "Arsenic and Old Lace."
That also reminds me that last time I made homemade cranberry sauce, I thought about turning it into cranberry jam. I still need to look into that. I put some vanilla in it that still has me reeling.
